Plaintiff’s aspirin was stopped ten days prior to an elective dermatologic procedure. The plaintiff had a medical history of significant cardiac events, including thrombus, stents, and myocardial infarction. As a result of the ten-day cessation of aspirin therapy, the plaintiff suffered a heart attack.
